Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before joining Digi Digital Career Model operated by Digi Digital.
Your access to and use of this Service is conditions on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. This Terms and Conditions apply to all members, marketers, users who access or use the Service.
All You Will Get After Joining:
1. Earning: After joining you will earn incentive prices according to the incentive price list of all services provided by Digi Digital and grow with us.
2. Personal Website: All users will be given an individual website with the sub-domain of Digi Digital for the convenience of marketing*.
3. Admin Dashboard: All users will get an admin dashboard with login facilities to manage their progress and see the revenues he/she earned**.
4. Refer & Earn: You can use Refer & Earn model and refer your friend to join our career model and participate and you can earn an extra incentive price. You will get a referral code for sending your friend.
5. Free Gifts: You will get free gifts frequently from Digi Digital according to your progress and performance.
6. Special Group Member: You will become our special group members and will get blog posts, posters, images from Digi Digital for convenience of your marketing.
*Providing personal websites have been discontinued for members for a certain period of time. We will update it soon.
**Providing Admin Dashboard have been discontinued for members for a certain period of time. But you will be provided your regular progress report through mail from us.
Conditions:
1. The incentive price will be given to you after completing the service and deliver to the customer.
2. In the time of marketing if you are not comfortable to convince the customer to explain our service, feel free to contact with us and give the contact of the customer to us. We will manage at that time. You will also be counted after all of this so don’t worry at that situation.
3. The incentive prices which we will give to you, will not more than the mentioned incentive price.
4. Your personal website and dashboard will be valid for 2 months if you will not get any customer. If you will get at least one customer and at the total project of ₹500 or more, then your membership will be updated for next 2 months, otherwise your website will be disable and you have to get a customer to get back your website and dashboard.
5. You will not provide any service that is harmful to others, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
6. You will not violate any applicable laws and regulations.
Termination
On becoming aware of any potential violation of these Terms, Digi Digital reserves the right to remove and/or terminate a User’s access to open the dashboard and marketing our services, without prior notice.
Limits on liability
Digi Digital works hard to provide the best and quality products we can and to specify clear Terms and Conditions for every user who uses our career model service. Our Services, however, are provided “as is”, and we make no guarantees that they always will be safe, secure, or error-free, or that they will function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections. But we always try to provide you the best error-free service.
We cannot predict when issues might arise with our Services. Under no circumstance will we be liable to you for any lost profits, revenues related to our Career Service.
Third-Party Content and Advertisement
The Services may not contain links to third-party websites, products, or services. We advertise our products and service through Social Media and through Our marketing members. No third-parties are involved in any service or product of Digi Digital.
